Implementing and fostering the Quality Management System at all levels of its Organisation as a basic instrument for achieving the levels of quality and service that clients require.
Implementing and fostering the Occupational Health and safety Management System at all levels of its Organisation complying with the legal requirements.
Maintaining and continuously improving the efficacy of the Management System through setting and periodically reviewing objectives, indicators and management programmes. In accordance with international standard ISO9001:2008.
Promoting participation, training and information within the company and throughout all its activities, motivating the entire human team, including providers, to work in accordance with this Policy and the requirements of the System.
Ensuring client satisfaction by analysing their service expectations and the requirements thereof through appropriate channels of communication.
Communicating this policy to all who work for Jeanologia, so as to ensure that we all know what is expected of us.
Complying with the legal requirements applicable to the Organisation.
This Quality Policy is the reference framework for our ongoing improvement commitment. The Management of Jeanologia will review this Policy annually in order to ensure that it remains relevant and appropriate.
